FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Nothing. Listing is free.
If you are approved, your project gets its own page on this site, with a backlink for 90 days. The /projects page shows the three newest listings first, then the rest by waitlist size. Each week I pick a few to share with my network in the Working Theory newsletter and on LinkedIn. And every visitor takes the diagnostic before joining your waitlist, so you get buyer segments and what they need, not just email addresses.
I read every application myself and reply within a week, yes or no. I list early-stage AI projects with a real problem and a founder who will act on the signal.
Because a list of opinions proves nothing. The diagnostic records what people do: pick an urgency band, name a price, say what they already pay for, under their own name on a date. That is evidence you can put in front of an investor. What actually counts as traction →
Edit the words, keep the shape. Six categories, one question each, single-select, price as bands and never open text. The post walks through every field and what each one defends later. Read it before you apply →
Twenty of the right people. Send your page to twenty named people who match your problem, one at a time, then twenty more. Do not broadcast it: a general audience adds curious people who inflate the count and prove nothing.
The diagnostic is the better next step — it reads where your business is and tells you where to start. Find where to start →
A listed project is your validation work, run in the open on /projects: it goes up as we run it, with my read on what you are testing and how to test it cheaply. What it is not: a plan, a program, or a paid engagement. It costs nothing. No collab has been published yet — when one is, it will be on /projects.
Three steps. Apply — the form, in three short parts: your project, the diagnostic your visitors will take, then your contact info. Get a decision — I read every application myself and reply within a week, yes or no. Run it in public — we scope it on a call, then the work goes up on /projects as it happens.
