Projects / Positionary
Market signals in, decisions made, AI-citable pages out. That is the Positionary Framework.
A deck lands in a folder. Nothing cites a folder. AI search answers your buyer by reading pages that exist, and a deck is not one of them.
Positionary is the other shape. Positioning decisions become published pages in your own site, then get retested against what buyers do with them.
The one thing I can show you is this site: its positioning came out of the framework. There are no other users to name yet.
You paid for positioning once. It was right. It never reached a page, so nothing changed.
Strategy that stops at a document costs twice: once to make it, and again every month your site says something else.
Each step is the input to the next.
Read the market
What your buyers ask, what the alternatives claim, and what AI search already says about your category.
Decide the positioning
One market you can win in, said one way, written down with the reasons beside it.
Publish it as pages
The decisions become pages on your own site, structured so AI search can cite them.
Retest it
Then watch what buyers actually do with the pages, and change the decision when they tell you to.
Positioning that ends in pages, not a deck. Leave your email and I will tell you when it opens.
