Questions about hiring an AI consultant for small business

Every question below gets a direct answer with the number or the term in it, including the ones whose honest answer is not published yet.

BUYING AND TERMS

Mine are on the page. The Professional Diagnostic is $1,000 once, and each plan pairs hours with deliverable credits: 4 and 4 at $2,500 a month, 10 and 10 at $4,900, 24 and 24 at $12,500. Every price is here.
I do not sell hours on their own. A plan pairs hours with deliverable credits, and one extra hour or credit is $625, $490 or $521 — quoted and approved by you before the work starts, never billed after.
None of the three. You buy a plan or an accelerator: one published price for the month, on a term you read before you pay, every deliverable inside it quoted in whole credits first.
I cannot speak for them. Here there is no setup fee: the only additions are ones you approve — a credit at your plan rate, or a $1,000 rush.
Essentials and Standard run a three-month term and cancel at term end. Partner is monthly on thirty days’ notice.
Yes. The $1,000 Professional Diagnostic is the small one: a scored diagnosis and a roadmap that estimates each move in credits, credited against a first plan month started within 30 days.
You keep what was delivered: the site, the repo, the deliverables. Not published yet: IP-assignment language and a hand-over standard.

THE METHOD

Someone finds where AI creates the most value in your business, puts the moves in order, and builds the highest-value one. Here that is one person, diagnosis through delivery, and the diagnosis is a $1,000 fixed fee.
Diagnose, roadmap, build, in that order. The Professional Diagnostic does the first two and prices each move in credits, so the third is a choice rather than a leap.
A deliverable lands within seven business days of approval. An accelerator runs three months, or six on the two larger programs. See the programs.
The demo wins minute twenty and nobody built for week three. A build with no diagnosis behind it breaks on the second change, and then nobody in the room can change it.
The work that repeats: the research, the writing, the pages, the follow-ups. Which one is worth doing first is what the diagnostic answers for your business specifically.
Read how the work flows today, score it, write the roadmap with every move estimated in credits, then build the top of the list. Every number is approved before it is spent.
In the roadmap. Each move names what it produces and what it costs in credits, so finished means a deliverable you approved, not a feeling at the end of a month.

WORKING WITH SAM

I run it with you, so the capability stays in your building. Plans cancel at term end, and you keep what was delivered.
Not published yet — no case study, no testimonial, no reference call on record. What is on record: the prices, the terms, and the size of every deliverable, before you pay.
You are right to ask: one consultant, no bench, and no continuity terms published. What limits it is that each deliverable is a separate quoted credit, and you hold the roadmap from the diagnostic on.
The work runs on what you send me. Working inside your own systems is a separately priced addendum. No security questionnaire is published yet.
Not in the work I do. I build human + AI teams: the agents produce, the people decide, and anything irreversible waits for a person.
You stop at term end and keep what was delivered. The rest of it, plainly: fees are earned when charged, and there are no refunds or proration.
The consultant, if you want the thing built. I do the work with you rather than for you, so the capability stays. If you only want the teaching hour, say so on a discovery call.
