APPLIES TO

Coached engagements

01

Billing terms

Start a Business with AI is $5,000 for five sessions; Grow Your Business with AI is $10,000 for ten. Both are flat-price and paid upfront through Stripe Checkout, and both run at your pace. The Services page has the full breakdown of what each includes.

02

Sessions

[Define a session once, here: how long it runs and what counts as one. Then answer the two questions every buyer asks after paying — how long you have to use them and what happens to any you don't. Each costs you an email a week if it isn't on this page.]

03

Cancellation

[Your session model needs its own answer here rather than a subscription's. State whether unused sessions are refundable, transferable, or neither.] Specific terms, where they apply, are set out in the signed agreement — none are published on this page.

04

What you keep

The work produced in your sessions is yours — the research, the positioning, the plans, and anything built alongside them. That holds whether or not you finish the engagement.

05

Work referred elsewhere

Engagements with SalesSmyth consulting or with Atomic Agent are contracted separately with those parties and aren't governed by this page. The open-source projects linked from this site are licensed in their own repositories under [LICENSE]; that license governs your use of the code, not this page.

Questions we get

What if I don't use all my sessions?

[The single most-asked question about a session-based engagement. Worth more to a buyer than anything else on this page.]

Can I get a refund?

[One sentence. Specific terms, where they apply, are in the signed agreement.]
